サブテーマは・・・乾物の車麩をつかいこなしたり、常備品を上手に使っておうち吞み。
あえて郷土料理ですが、テーブルは洋っぽく。スタイリッシュに。

おせち料理のお申込みが世間で始まりました。ラクレムデクレム新浦安でも、おせちの会のお申込みを本日12時に開始しました。 今年は皆さんどんな気分なのかな…と思っていましたが、あっという間に残席3名になりました。ありがとうございます。
味が美味しいのに、飾り切りも入って華やか!で豪華!!手作りおせち料理!とリピーターさんもいらっしゃいます。
最近、承認欲求がなさ過ぎて・・・・インスタさぼりにさぼっていますが・・・昨日重い腰をあげ、LINEしてみました。皆様LINE読んでくださりありがとうございます。ずいぶん涼しくなりましたが沖縄料理で夏休みあけのレッスンです。
