暑くなってきました。今年の夏は単発レッスンが目じり押し。(お菓子屋さんで働いている方も、ヨーロッパからも、お子様も、広島や静岡からも・・・ご受講ありがとうございます。)
こねないパンのレッスンは眠くなったらつくりましょう!なパン。私自身、バタバタしている時も、忙しい皆さんでも 楽しんでつくることができます。手作りのパンの味を知ってしまうと・・・それに市販品の材料の話とか知ると・・・(こういうことWebでは書けない世の中です。是非直レッスンで聞いてください。)自分で作るの行きつきます。
このパンのレッスンは毎年恒例7月。しかもその年のちょうど真ん中。1年たつの早いよね。もう1年が半分過ぎた・・・・。今年もそんな会話がでています。
